23 Weeks

Today we braved the world of Babies R Us – a huge step in getting ready for this baby! It was a little daunting, but allowed me to feel that at 23 weeks, I still have a few months to plan. Thank goodness!

Pregnancy Stats:

How Far Along – 23 Weeks

Size of Baby – Size of a Grapefruit

Gender – Boy

Total Weight Gain – Doc appointment set for next week.

What I Miss – Being able to do projects around the house without having to stop because I’m out of breath or the “non toxic” paint is getting to me.

Cravings – No cravings other than what has always sounded good to me – butter, bacon, eggs, and chocolate!

Symptoms – Moodiness, restless sleep, and I’ve noticed that sometimes my belly button really hurts!

Maternity Clothes – Nope

Worst Part of Pregnancy this Week – Answering the same questions over and over when meeting new people.

Best Part of Pregnancy this Week – Finally finding a stroller that is going to fit our family perfectly! It’s becoming more real every day.

  1. Hi new reader! Congrats on your pregnancy! It’s such an exciting time! and I totally know what you mean about answering the same question over and over again, drove me crazy when I was pregnant with my daughter Chloe.

    1. Thanks for reading! Yes! I’ve also just in the past weeks gotten my first dose of the unapproved belly rub. I feel like I should tell them, “I haven’t told you to touch, so back off!” But…I guess it’s all just part of it!
